Working inside an established visual system
The Congress of Arabic & Creative Industries required a practical bilingual layout system across programmes, email invitations, social media and posters. The task was not to redefine the event identity, but to make its existing design language work clearly across formats, messages and audiences.
Our role was to bring structured hierarchy to substantial Arabic and English content while following the Centre’s supplied conference guidelines and keeping every application recognisably part of the same event.
Arabic and English programmes
Two languages, one visual system. The Arabic and English programmes organise sessions, speaker biographies and editorial content through a shared hierarchy, with each edition composed for its own reading direction, line length and rhythm. The result is a connected pair of publications—not a mirrored translation—within the Centre’s established conference guidelines.

Email invitations
A flexible invitation system translated programme content into focused messages for individual sessions and speakers. Each email balanced two languages, event branding, readable detail and a clear call to register.

A continuing editorial partnership
These materials are a selected view of a wider delivery covering the 2025 congress programme, email invitations, social media graphics and posters. The annual programme collaboration with the Centre has continued for three years.
